How it runs
Five scheduled jobs read the fund's systems and write this page from a standing specification. Each item carries its source and age, and the rule that put it here, so nothing on the page is a judgment you cannot trace back.
| Job | When | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| Weekday brief | Mon–Fri, 7:45 AM | Reads every channel and system below, ages each open item from its source timestamp, and rebuilds this page. |
| Inbox triage | Every 2 hrs, 8 AM–6 PM | Sorts email, Slack, Teams, Bloomberg chat, text, WhatsApp and Telegram into needs a reply, waiting and FYI. Any change to payment instructions is flagged, whoever sent it, and business content on an unapproved channel goes to the CCO. |
| Investor sync | Mondays, 7:00 AM | Updates the investor and allocator tracker from mail and meeting notes, and logs the last touch on each relationship. |
| Monthly refresh | 1st business day | Rebuilds the contract and notice-window calendar and rolls the month-end NAV checklist forward. |
| Counterparty lookup | On demand, by phone | Answers whether a person or firm is already in the fund's relationships, from the tracker and mail history. |

This is the phone view: what needs a decision today, readable in two minutes by the person who signs off. The COO Operations Dashboard is the desk view, the full operating picture an operator works from behind the morning brief. Items marked “Desk view” open it; its demo runs on a different invented fund.
Text, WhatsApp and Telegram are read from the firm’s message archive, so the brief sees only recorded channels, the same ones Compliance reviews. This demo runs on a fixed sample dataset and connects to nothing. The live version runs against a fund’s own systems, read only, and takes no action without a person approving it.
